Once you have created your Lopay account, you can update important information about your business within the app whenever required.
Edit your business name, phone number and address:
1) Go to the "More" tab at the bottom of the page.
2) Scroll down and select "My Business"
3) Edit your details as required. You can also add your VAT number if relevant.
3) Select "Save"
Edit your Lopay account name and email address:
Need to change your personal details /Lopay account details?
1) Go to the "More" tab at the bottom of the page.
2) Scroll down to the bottom and select "Profile"
3) Edit your name or email as required. Please note, this is the email you need to sign into your Lopay account.
3) Select "Save"
