You can send an email or SMS text receipt to your customer from 2 places in the Lopay app:

A. Immediately after the transaction

B. Via the Transaction Activity page

To edit the information shown on your receipts, go to the 'More' page in the app and select Receipt Setup. You can then edit your business name and address or remove your address altogether.

A. Immediately after the transaction

  1. In the payment confirmation pop-up, there will be three options for sending a receipt: 'Email', 'Text', or 'Print'.

  2. Choose from the options, enter the customer's email address or mobile number and press 'Send'

B. Via the Transaction Activity page

  1. Go to the Activity screen in the app (4th icon at the bottom)

  2. Select the transaction for which you wish to send a receipt

  3. Tap on 'Need to send a receipt?'

  4. Choose from the options, enter the customer's email address or mobile number and press 'Send'
