If you need to update any details or add or remove a bank account, you can do this via the More page in the Lopay app. You can also turn on tipping, change your payout schedule and much more.

For guidance on how to change the following please see below:

  • Bank account details

  • Statement descriptor

  • Business name & address

  • Account name & address

Add or remove bank accounts:

  1. Go to the More page (via the list icon on the bottom right of the app)

  2. Select 'Bank Accounts' (under the 'Your money' subheading)

  3. In order to add a bank account, tap on either 'Connect account' or 'Manually add account'.

Note that not all banks support 'Connect account', you must check from the options provided to see if your bank is supported once you tap on 'Connect account'.

4. In order to remove a bank account, tap on the relevant account and select 'Delete account'.

If you have multiple connected bank accounts you can also change the default account here - simply tap the relevant account and select 'Make default account'.
