A step-by-step guide to branding your customer's receipts

With Lopay you can configure your account so that your brand shows on your customer's payment screen at their point of payment.

Before you start following the steps within this article, please ensure you have a high quality image of your logo or business (for example, your store front or product) saved locally on your smart phone.

Step 1

In the Lopay app, go to the More page by selecting the list icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 2

Once on the More page, Tap on the Branding option.

Step 4

Now select the Upload section within the box. You will need to either go into your library and choose an image from here, or take a picture to upload.

Step 5

After you choose the image you wish to use, you can pinch the image to adjust the area selected (change angle, zoom in/out). Once you're happy with the area selected, press Done.

Step 6

Lastly, confirm the image showing is what you want your customers to see and press Update. The image will now be live for customers to see at the point of payment.
