Send an email or SMS text receipt to your customer at any time, not just immediately after the transaction, for those times the you later realise that you may need it.
Please note: You can edit the business information shown on your receipts via your Lopay app - simply go to the "More" tab in the app and select "Receipt Setup".
Immediately after the transaction:
1) In the payment confirmation pop-up, there will be three options for sending a receipt: "Email", "Text", or "Print"
2) Choose from the options, enter the relevant details and press "Send"
Any time after the transaction has been completed:
1) Select the "Activity" tab (4th icon at the bottom of the app)
2) Select 'See all' beside Recent Activity and then select the transaction for which you wish to send a receipt
3) Select "Need a receipt?" at the bottom of the screen
4) Choose from the options, enter the relevant details and press "Send"
