We charge a flat transaction fee that includes all payment processing and card network costs. Our fee depends on your Lopay account type, the customer card used, and the way in which you took the payment.
Standard cards (i.e. domestic personal credit & debit cards):
Rewards Account (instant access via Card) - 0.99%
Weekly to bank (Thursdays) - 0.79%
Next Day to bank (Mon-Fri) - 0.99%
Instant to bank (24/7) - 1.79%
Premium cards (i.e. American Express, international and corporate cards):
+1% across all payout schedules/account types
Additional product fees may also apply:
Tap to Pay: +£0.08 per transaction
Payment Links & Subscriptions: +0.49% per transaction
XERO invoicing: +0.29% + 10p
To see the type of payment card used, please select the transaction on the Activity screen in the app (fourth icon at the bottom).
Please note: Our fee is deducted per transaction and rounded up to the nearest penny as the lowest unit of currency.
