For your security, your Lopay Account requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to log in. This means that you'll need to access your email address and your mobile device to log in to your Lopay account.

To protect your account, you will also be required to set a personal 5-digit code which will be required before you can do certain actions such as issuing a refund, changing your connected bank account, or editing key business details.

If you set your Lopay account to timeout after a specified period of inactivity you will be asked for your passcode to reactivate your screen. And if you prefer, you can also use biometric authentication (such as Face ID or fingerprint recognition) instead of entering a 5-digit passcode.

Tap the 'Protect your account' banner on your app Home page (or tap the 3 dots in top left of your app Home page and select 'Account security') and you will be guided through setup in the app.
