1) Generating a pre-paid return label
Please click here and complete the Royal Mail form. You will be asked to provide the following information:
Your email address - please use the email address connected to your Lopay account so that we can connect your return to your order.
A return reason - this can be short, for example, 'Faulty' or 'No longer needed'.
Your name & address - this is required by Royal Mail in case there is an issue in delivering your parcel and they need to return it to you.
You will also need to confirm that the parcel is below the maximum weight and size - please tick the box to do this - and then select 'Create your label'.
2) Sending your return
There are 2 main ways to return an item:
Drop off your item - this is free and you can either show the QR code at the Post Office or print and attach the return label.
The prepaid return label and QR code for this will be sent to you via Royal Mail once you complete the form above.
Book a collection - this will cost 60p and Royal Mail will give you a choice of dates & times in which they can collect the parcel. There is no need to print or attach the return label.
