How to edit your address

SOLE TRADERS

If you register with Lopay as a sole trader, you are required to provide your home address to verify your Lopay account.


Please note: The home address you enter must match the address shown on your photo ID.

To update your home address:

  1. Open the Lopay app

  2. Tap the 3 lines icon top right of the screen to open the 'Account & Settings' screen

  3. Select 'Business details', edit the address fields as required and select 'Done' once complete

  4. Select 'Save and continue'

REGISTERED COMPANIES

If you register with Lopay as a Limited Company, the address on your Lopay profile needs to exactly match your Companies House profile.

To update your business address:

  1. Open the Lopay app

  2. Tap the 3 lines icon top right of the screen to open the 'Account & Settings' screen

  3. Select 'Business details', edit the address fields as required and select 'Done' once complete

  4. Select 'Save and continue'

Your address does not automatically show on your receipts - to edit and/or show an address on your receipts, go to 'Receipt setup' on the Account & Settings page. More info available here.
