Editing the products in your cart

In the Lopay app, the prices of items can be changed once they are in your cart. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how you can add a discount, edit the price, or change the tax for a product.

2. Please then select the product you wish to edit.

3. This will then bring up the product's price/quantity options.

1. To change the price of the item itself, please select the box titled 'sales price'

2. You can then use the keypad to type in the new price, once you are finished, please select 'Done'

2. You can then type in the discount you want to give, for example, writing in £1.00 will give £1 off the total price. Once you have done this, please select done.

1. If you need to add an additional tax to an item, please scroll down to the section titled 'tax summary' where you will see a box titled 'additional'.

Please tap the box titled 'Select'

2 . You can then choose your tax option, please select either 20% or 5% VAT. Then once you are happy please select 'done'

When you have finished editing the price of your product, please select 'update' at the bottom of the screen.

You can repeat this process to change the price for other items in your cart if you need to.

You can then charge for this cart as you would do normally. See this guide for steps on how you can also void the cart or save it for later.
