Accessing your Lopay account from a computer/desktop

Our Merchant Web Portal provides a version of your Lopay app that you can access from your desktop computer.

To access the new portal go to lopay.com and click Login in the top right corner, or by go straight to https://portal.lopay.com.

Please use the email address associated with your Lopay account to login.

The Merchant Web Portal is evolving and we’re adding more features regularly. Currently, once logged in, you can:

You can still access our previous Merchant Portal at console.lopay.com using your Lopay account email, but please note that this version will be phased out soon.

For the full Lopay experience and access to all features, we recommend using the Lopay app on your mobile or tablet. Just search Lopay in your app store to download.

View or export reports

With Lopay, you can access a variety of reports to get clear, detailed insights into your account activity.

To get started, simply tap the ‘My Reports’ tile from your app’s home screen or head to the ‘Activity’ tab and select Reporting. Prefer using a desktop? Just visit lopay.com and click Login in the top right corner, or go directly to https://portal.lopay.com.

Once inside your reporting dashboard, you’ll find a range of useful reports. You can filter these by day, week, month, or financial year using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

Just a heads-up: your financial year end can only be set once, so be sure to double-check before confirming!

Create and manage payment links

To create a Payment Link on desktop:

  1. Click Payment Links from the left-hand menu

  2. Select + Add

  3. Enter the description and amount

  4. Click Create

You’ll see all created links and their statuses in your portal.
