Add a description to a payment to help you and your customer recognise it. For example, taxi drivers might put the collection or drop-off location as the description. The description will show on the customer's receipt and in your Lopay reports.
Adding a customer-facing description to a payment:
1. Open the Lopay app and go to the 'charge' screen (2nd icon at the bottom)
2. Tap the box with 'no description added' in grey. A keyboard will then appear, please use this to type in a description
5. The description entered will show and you can charge as you would normally - i.e. enter the amount and select 'Charge'.
