When you sign up to Lopay, we'll give you your first Bluetooth Card Reader for just £35 plus £6.95 P&P. Additional Card Readers will cost £49 plus £6.95 P&P and can be ordered from our website here.
Please note: You must complete identity verification in the Lopay app before you can order your discounted card reader. Like all financial services, we use identity verification to keep our community safe and this is a mandatory step in registration.
1) Tap the 'Multiple ways to pay' banner on your app home page and under Bluetooth Card Reader, select 'Setup'.
2) Accept the T&Cs and select 'Order now'
3) Add your payment details and confirm your delivery address to complete the order.
4) Once you have completed your order you will see a pop-up with confirmation in the app and receive a receipt via email.
Please note: Your card reader should arrive within 3 business days and your tracking link will show on the 'My Devices' page in your app. Please contact [email protected] if there are any issues with your delivery.
Promotional Codes and Special Offers
Lopay occasionally offers promotional codes that can be used to reduce the cost of a card reader or obtain a free replacement (postage only). To redeem such a code, add the card reader to your cart on the Lopay website, enter the code at checkout, and complete the purchase. Check the Lopay website or app for the latest promotions and offers.
Replacement Card Reader Policy
Lopay does not provide free backup card readers. However, if your card reader is defective and within warranty, you may be eligible for a free replacement. To request a replacement, provide the following:
A clear photo of the serial number on the back of your card reader.
The delivery address for the replacement. Submit these details via your existing chat or email thread.
