If you are experiencing issues connecting your Card Reader to your smartphone via Bluetooth, you can connect it using a wired connection.
Please note: A USB-C to USB-C cable is required for this connection. You may already have this cable around the house and if not you can purchase them on most high streets or here.
To connect via a cable, please follow these steps:
1) Plug the USB-C to USB-C cable into your smartphone and into the Card Reader.
2) Open the Lopay app, tap the "My Devices" tile on the home page, and then "Connect a card reader".
3) Select "Try other discovery methods" and then on the drop-down select "USB".
4) An option to select Wisepad 3 will then appear at the top. Tap on this option and it will take you back to "My Devices" showing that the device has connected.
